Q: Can we bring the kids?

Absolutely! We want to share this with the whole family and we want this to be a memorable experience that you can share with your children. And there will be a lot of other children around, including a small handful of newborn babies leading the charge. If you have any questions and want to make sure, shoot Andrea an email!

Q: What’s the weather going to be like?

Ideally sunny and in the low 80s during the day. Our entire wedding, both ceremony and reception, is outdoors. While it only rains one or two days a month in September, we’re hoping it’s not on our special day. At night, temperature’s tend to cool down to as low as upper 50s or low 60s. While we’re planning on having a few outdoor heaters, it probably wouldn’t be a bad idea to bring a jacket in case you might get cold later during the reception. In case you haven’t checked out our Local Attractions page, the Pacific Ocean is only a 10 minute drive from San Luis Obispo and in the case you want to go to the beach, be sure to bring a bathing suit!

Q: Is smoking allowed at the venue?

No. Smoking is not allowed on any of the grounds of the venue and is generally banned throughout San Luis Obispo. Coincidently, San Luis Obispo was the first city in the world to ban smoking in all public places back in 1990. We apologize for the inconvenience.
